At Maison Bodēra, each product is prepared with care. If something doesn't suit you, here's how to proceed.

Return Period

You have 14 days after receipt to initiate a return.

Conditions

• Unused product, in its original packaging
• Opened products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
• The duo can only be returned if no product has been opened

Procedure

1. Email us at info@maisonbodera.com with your order number
2. We confirm the return address within 48 hours
3. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt

Defective Product

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately—we will take care of everything.
